Dean of the College
Ammar Atta Allah Ali Hussein Alsaadi
Professor Dr. Ammar Atta Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from the University of Mosul (1987), a Master’s degree in Conservative Dentistry from the University of Baghdad (1992), and a Ph.D. in Dental Sciences, specializing in Conservative Dentistry, from the University of Baghdad (2003).
He has held numerous academic and administrative positions across several Iraqi universities, including the University of Mosul, the University of Anbar, and Mustansiriya University, where he served as Head of Department, Associate Dean, and Dean of the College.
In 2017, he joined Uruk University, where he chaired the Department of Conservative Dentistry, subsequently assuming the position of Dean of the College of Dentistry in 2023.
He is a member of the Iraqi Dental Association and a former member of the International Association for Oral Research (IAOR).
