Auditing Applications

Corresponding with Academic Reviewers
Research papers are sent to academic reviewers specialized in the researcher's field to assess the quality and originality of the research.
Submitting Applications to the Central Academic Promotions Committee
After the evaluation is completed, the application is presented to the Academic Committee for the appropriate decision (approval, rejection, or modification).
Documenting Promotion Decisions
Issuing official letters of promotion and informing relevant university authorities, as well as updating academic files.
Following up on ministerial instructions and updates
The department follows up on new instructions from the Ministry of Higher Education and circulates them to colleges and departments.

A sufficient number of solid published research papers must be available.
A specific number of years in the current degree.
